Biography

Alison Clark MA (Hons) launched WORDS in ACTION in 1997, a consultancy specialising in the principles and practice of effective people processes. Recent experience includes teambuilding and personal coaching in the higher education and third sector improving working relationships with the aim of enhanced service delivery. Coaching and group facilitation is a core activity of the business.  An experienced and entertaining speaker, Alison addresses business and professional organisations and facilitates interactive workshops on a wide range of topics.  A serial reinventor of herself, her career includes teaching, motherhood and writing for the theatre.  Recent publications include 'How to Stop Flogging a Dead Horse -The Business Owner's Guide to Creating Happy Endings' and 'Between the Lines' a short play in the anthology Scottish Plays for Schools.
